It's an interoperable system that transforms patient clinical and financial data on the fly. Within this project, we seamlessly integrate diverse healthcare data sources, including AD_Vault, EMOLST, and DAP, f acilitating effective communication across systems. Our primary objective is to retrieve advance directives for patients, achieved through successful PACIO integration, real-time data conversion, and scalable FHIR query responses. By empowering providers with timely access to patient preferences, this project significantly enhances the quality of care delivered. We take pride in our achievement of streamlining data conversion processes and ensuring the scalability of our query responses, ultimately advancing healthcare interoperability and improving patient outcomes

AZUBA is a meticulously designed clinical data system, enabling secure healthcare data exchange between payers and providers. I played a pivotal role in implementing data retrieval mechanisms, ensuring s eamless integration of CCDA and FHIR formats into our MySQL database. ith standardized storage protocols. Users benefit from comprehensive PDF reports and the ability to transmit data via email, fax, or DirectTrust. This project represents a significant advancement in healthcare interoperability, optimizing data exchange processes for enhanced efficiency and accuracy within the healthcare ecosystem.

Klaims

Klaims is a UAE-based insurance claims company which helps submit patient claims. It has two major modules, patient clinical summary and claim submission. As a team member, my main responsibility was assisting the lead in bug fixing to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of their portal.
